Hoş geldin sevgili gezgin, veri evreninin yıldızlararası ziyaretçisi! GameCapsuleTV, sıradan bir web sitesi değil, samimi bir piksel kucaklamasıdır. Yine de şeffaflık büyüsünü doğru yapmak için dürüst olalım: Arka planda Google Analytics sitenin nabzını tutuyor, Google Tag Manager etiketleri taşıyor, Search Console arama motorlarıyla konuşuyor; isteğe bağlı Twitch girişi ve oyun liderlik tabloları için de Twitch ile Google Firebase devreye girebiliyor. Bu yardımcılar çalışırken sayfa kullanımı, cihaz ve tarayıcı bilgileri, yaklaşık konum, IP adresi veya hesap ve oyun bilgileri ilgili hizmet sağlayıcılar tarafından işlenebilir. 🧠 Toplanan Veriler
En sevdiğin pizzayı hâlâ bilmiyoruz; fakat "hiçbir şey toplamıyoruz" demek de gerçeğe haksızlık olurdu. Siteyi gezerken Google Analytics ve Tag Manager; ziyaret edilen sayfalar, yönlendiren sayfa, etkileşimler, cihaz, tarayıcı, dil ve yaklaşık konum gibi kullanım ve teknik verileri işleyebilir. Google ile barındırma veya ağ sağlayıcıları, hizmeti ulaştırmak ve korumak için IP adresi ve teknik günlük bilgilerini de işleyebilir. Bu veriler sitenin performansını anlamak, hataları görmek ve deneyimi iyileştirmek için kullanılır.
Twitch ile giriş yaparsanız Twitch kullanıcı kimliğiniz, kullanıcı adınız, görünen adınız, profil görseliniz, profil açıklamanız ve hesabınızla ilgili Twitch'in döndürdüğü bazı herkese açık bilgiler alınır. Girişin çalışması için OAuth erişim belirteci, kapsamı ve geçerlilik bilgileri tarayıcı depolamasında tutulabilir. 📡 API Kullanımı
Biz YouTube API'sini seviyoruz çünkü bize herkese açık rafları gösteriyor. Playlist kapaklarını, başlıkları ve kanal bilgilerini getiriyoruz ama "bu videoyu kim izledi?" diye özel hesabınıza, izleme geçmişinize, beğenilerinize veya aboneliklerinize uzanmıyoruz. Biz, "bak ne güzel oyunlar var" diyen kütüphaneciyiz; "sen bunları izledin mi bakalım?" diyen müfettiş değiliz.
Bu site, YouTube API Servislerini kullanmaktadır. YouTube içerik penceresini, Twitch isteğe bağlı girişi, Firebase liderlik tablosunu, Google araçları ölçüm ve etiket yönetimini sağlıyor; Discord ve Spotify ise bağlantı veya gömülü içerik olarak karşınıza çıkabiliyor. Sahneyi biz açıyoruz ama bu servisler verileri kendi gizlilik politikalarına göre işliyor. Sitemizde gösterilen YouTube video içerikleri YouTube'da barındırılır ve ilgili içerik sahiplerine aittir. Başlık, kimlik, küçük resim bağlantısı, oynatma listesi ve kanal bilgisi gibi herkese açık metadata siteyi çalıştırmak için veri dosyalarımızda veya önbellekte tutulabilir; video dosyasının kendisi yeniden yüklenmez.

Sitemizde bülten kutusu, klasik üyelik formu veya "gizli fırsatlar için e-posta bırak" mesajı yok. Ancak oyun özelliklerinde isteğe bağlı bir Twitch ile giriş seçeneği var. Bu giriş GameCapsuleTV için ayrı bir şifre oluşturmaz; kimliğinizi Twitch doğrular ve yukarıda anlattığımız hesap ile oturum bilgilerini bize iletir. Giriş yapmadan kapıyı çalıp içeriklere bakabilir, ayakkabını bile çıkarmadan gidebilirsin.
⚖️ Yasal Uyum
KVKK, GDPR, CCPA… Hepsine ayrı ayrı çay demledik; fakat "hiç veri yok, bize uğramazlar" demek yerine masaya doğru kartları koyalım. Google araçlarıyla kullanım ve teknik veriler, Twitch girişiyle hesap ve oturum verileri, oyunlarla da skor ve ilerleme bilgileri işlenebilir. Bunları siteyi sunmak, istediğiniz özellikleri çalıştırmak, güvenliği sağlamak ve deneyimi iyileştirmek amacıyla kullanırız. Uygulanabilir mevzuata göre verilerinize erişme, düzeltme, silme, işlemeyi kısıtlama veya itiraz etme ve uygun durumlarda rızanızı geri çekme gibi haklara sahip olabilirsiniz.
GameCapsuleTV bu verileri satmaz ve sizi farklı siteler arasında izleyen bir reklam profili oluşturmak için kullanmaz. Bununla birlikte Google, Twitch, Firebase ve diğer hizmet sağlayıcılar, kendi hizmetlerini sunarken verileri kendi politikaları kapsamında işleyebilir. HTTPS bizim dijital zırhımız; aktarım sırasında bağlantıyı şifreler ve oturum için makul güvenlik kontrolleri kullanırız. Yine de hiçbir internet aktarımı veya depolama yöntemi yüzde yüz güvenli değildir. Özellikle Twitch erişim belirteci tarayıcı depolamasında tutulduğu için cihazınıza ya da sayfada çalışan koda erişebilen biri bu dijital anahtara ulaşabilir. Zırhımız var, ama hiçbir zırh "ölümsüzlük +100" vermiyor.
📜 Güncellemeler
Bu politikayı güncellememiz gerekirse, önce bir kahve içip sonra yazacağız. Asla gizli gizli güncellemeyiz. Yeni bir madde varsa, başlığı olur, tarihi olur, belki bir iki espri bile olur. - Sorumluluk Reddi: Yayınladığımız oyun listeleri, yorumlar ve bağlantılar bilgi ve eğlence amaçlıdır. Yanlışlıkla spoiler aldıysan, kusura bakma ama bu konuda hukuki sorumluluk kabul etmiyoruz. Oyunu sevdiysen zaten affedersin.
- Kullanıcı Davranışı: Sitede kötüye kullanım, teknik zarar verme girişimi, içeriklerin izinsiz alınması gibi davranışlar evrenimizi bozar. Bunlar tespit edilirse gerekli teknik ve hukuki adımlar atılır. Karanlık tarafa geçme.

Welcome, noble browser of the web. You have stepped into the sacred capsule of GameCapsuleTV, where privacy still matters — but transparency magic only works when the spell is honest. Google Analytics checks the site's pulse, Google Tag Manager carries the tags, and Search Console speaks with search engines; optional Twitch sign-in and game leaderboards may also bring Twitch and Google Firebase into the party. While these helpers work, page usage, device and browser details, approximate location, IP address, or account and game information may be processed by the relevant providers. We are not here to build a pixel-by-pixel portrait of your soul; we use the data to run the site, remember games, and discover where the machinery squeaks. There is magic, but no invisible ink.
Note: This policy explains which data is used by which GameCapsuleTV features. Twitch sign-in is optional, and you can browse the content without it. The terms of use below set the limits — what we do and what we do not. Typed pixel by pixel, with transparency byte by byte.
🧠 Data We Collect
We still do not know your favorite pizza, but saying that we collect absolutely nothing would give reality an unfair boss fight. While you browse, Google Analytics and Tag Manager may process visited pages, referrers, interactions, device, browser, language, approximate location, and similar usage or technical data. Google and hosting or network providers may also process IP addresses and technical logs to deliver and protect the service. We use this information to understand performance, spot errors, and improve the experience.
If you sign in with Twitch, we receive your Twitch user ID, login name, display name, profile image, profile description, and some public account details returned by Twitch. The OAuth access token, its scope, and validity information may be kept in browser storage so sign-in works. The sign-in flow currently asks for the user:read:email permission, which means Twitch may provide your email address. The browser-based flow does not separately save the email field, but a server-based sign-in may process the user record returned by Twitch for the duration of the session. This digital key is used only for the Twitch session and connected features. It is not the key to a dragon's vault, but it still deserves careful protection.
In the daily game and dice game, guesses, win/loss state, score, completion time, streaks, statistics, balance, and similar game data may be stored locally on your device. When you play while signed in with Twitch, your Twitch ID, display name, profile image, and game result may be sent to Google Firebase Firestore. Your username, avatar, score, or balance may appear on public leaderboards. Firestore leaderboard records currently have no automatic deletion period; you can request deletion through the email addresses below.
📡 API Usage
We use the YouTube API to browse the public shelves: thumbnails, playlist titles, channel details, and video metadata. We do not reach into your private account, viewing history, likes, or subscriptions, and we definitely do not decode your sleep schedule from your watch history. We are the polite librarian who shows you the shelf, not the inspector asking what you watched last night.
🛡️ This website uses YouTube API Services. Public information such as video titles, IDs, thumbnail links, playlist details, and channel names may be stored in site data files or caches. We do not re-upload the video files; the content remains hosted by YouTube and belongs to the relevant rights holders. We open a window onto what is public and leave the private rooms alone.

🍪 Cookies & Their Crumbs
Cookies? We still wish they were chocolate. The site uses localStorage and sessionStorage to remember the Twitch session, OAuth security steps, game progress, statistics, streaks, and interface preferences. A Twitch session may remain until you sign out, the token expires, or you clear browser data; other local game and preference data may remain until you clear it or a site update resets it. Google Analytics, Tag Manager, YouTube, Twitch, and other embedded guests may also use their own cookies or similar technologies. You can delete or block them in your browser, although sign-in and game memory may suddenly acquire the attention span of a goldfish.
🧙♂️ GTM & Magic Scripts
Yes, we use Google Tag Manager, and it is not a sleeping wizard. It loads with the page, while the Google Analytics tag measures site usage. Page views and similar interaction data may therefore be sent to Google. If JavaScript is disabled, GTM's noscript iframe may still appear. You can limit third-party cookies and scripts through browser settings or content blockers. We are not hiding the wizard's hat; transparency is the real spell here.
📽️ Third-Party Services
YouTube, Twitch, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Firebase, Discord, and Spotify — the stars of this particular digital galaxy. YouTube provides the content window, Twitch the optional sign-in, Firebase the leaderboards, and Google tools the measurement and tag management; Discord and Spotify may appear as links or embedded content. We open the stage, but these services process data under their own privacy policies. Their servers may be outside Türkiye or your country of residence; intergalactic travel sometimes works that way.
When you interact with these services, their own terms and privacy policies also apply. GameCapsuleTV does not sell your personal data; the relevant provider remains responsible for content, cookies, or advertising shown on its own platform. Every galaxy has its own rulebook, so peeking at the cover before following a link is a good idea.
📛 YouTube Brand and Content Information
YouTube video content shown on the site remains hosted by YouTube and belongs to the relevant content owners. Public metadata such as titles, IDs, thumbnail links, playlists, and channel details may be kept in our site data files or caches so the site can work; the video file itself is not re-uploaded.
🎯 In short: All video content is hosted on YouTube. We just open a magical window. The world behind that window belongs to YouTube. The YouTube logo and content sources are used in accordance with brand guidelines.

We may need to verify that the request belongs to the right hero. No carrier owl required; good old email will do.
🧾 Forms? Not Quite
There is no newsletter box, traditional registration form, or sneaky “leave your email for secret deals” prompt. Some game features do offer optional Twitch sign-in. This does not create a separate GameCapsuleTV password; Twitch verifies you and sends us the account and session information described above. You can still knock on the door, browse the content, and leave without signing in — shoes optional.
⚖️ Legal Compliance
KVKK, GDPR, CCPA — we have brewed tea for all of them, but saying “there is no data, so they never visit” would be the wrong card to play. Google tools may process usage and technical data, Twitch sign-in may process account and session data, and games may process scores and progress. We use this information to provide the site, run features you request, protect the service, and improve the experience. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data; restrict or object to processing; and, where appropriate, withdraw consent.
GameCapsuleTV does not sell this data or use it to build an advertising profile that follows you across unrelated sites. Google, Twitch, Firebase, and other providers may nevertheless process data under their own policies while providing their services. We are not chasing “pixel profiling,” but we will not pretend that working pixels leave no technical footprints.
🔐 Security
HTTPS is our digital armor: it encrypts data in transit, and we use reasonable session security controls. Still, no internet transmission or storage method is completely secure. Because the Twitch access token may be stored in browser storage, someone with access to your device or to code running on the page may be able to reach that digital key. We have armor, but no armor grants “immortality +100.”
📜 Updates
This page might get updated if laws change, if we add features, or if we suddenly grow a conscience and decide to start tracking squirrels. But if anything shifts, we'll log it here. Boldly. Clearly. Maybe even in rhyme. You'll never find a "we may update this at any time without notice" clause here. That's shady and we're not about that life. This is a changelog with integrity — and a bit of flair.

- Access and Use: GameCapsuleTV is a free and open platform for everyone. However, commercial reproduction, redistribution, or unauthorized republishing of the content is not allowed. So no turning our content into your profit potion!
- Intellectual Property: Site layout, original texts, and custom designs belong to GameCapsuleTV. YouTube contents belong to YouTube. We're just the magical window — don't confuse us with the host.
- Disclaimer: Our playlists, descriptions, and recommendations are for informational and entertainment purposes. If you stumble into a spoiler, we're sorry — but we can't be held legally responsible. If you enjoyed the game, you'll forgive us.
- User Behavior: Any misuse, attempt to harm the platform, or unauthorized scraping of content disturbs the magic. If detected, we'll take technical and legal action. Don't cross over to the dark side.
- Right to Modify: GameCapsuleTV reserves the right to update this document at any time. But we won't ambush you. Changes will be posted here, ideally with coffee and a smile.
In Summary: We love games, not collecting data for sport. Some features still need technical, account, and game information to work, so we explain where each pixel travels instead of hiding the map. Every visitor is a hero here, and heroes deserve to see the whole map.
